AUMC and its Work Area on Missions are very active in the mission field.  As followers of Jesus Christ, we are all called to share His love.  We feel that it is everyone's duty to go on a yearly mission trip to spread Gods Word, show Christian love in action, and renew your own faith in a setting of service to others.  

Whether serving around the world or right here in Auburn, AUMC's work area on missions provides opportunities for all to serve, regardless of age, skill level, or experience. 

We currently offer two international trips per year:  the first to Bolivia in late summer, and a second to Ecuador in the fall.  Each trip typically contains a construction, medical, and Bible school team. 

For those who prefer to stay closer to home, AUMC sends teams to the gulf coast every month. We also offer opportunities right here in Auburn, such as working with CARE Construction.
