Director of Discipleship

As part of a new staff structure focusing on whole-life discipleship, AUMC seeks to hire a dedicated individual to develop, organize, implement, manage, monitor, and provide resources for the discipleship process for children, youth, and adults. Youth Coordinator

As part of a new staff structure focusing on whole-life discipleship, the position of youth coordinator is currently open. Working in consultation with and under the oversight of the Director of Discipleship, the youth coordinator will develop and implement weekly programs and special events for youth in grades 7-12. Applications are currently being accepted through May 2, 2024. Childrens Coordinator

As part of a new staff structure focusing on whole-life discipleship, AUMC is hiring a childrens coordinator to work in consultation with and under the oversight of the Director of Discipleship. The childrens coordinator will develop and implement weekly programing and special events in the children’s ministry. Applications are currently being accepted through May 2, 2024. Discovery Club Teachers

Discovery Club is an after-school care program for children in kindergarten through sixth grade that follows the Auburn City Schools calendar. Discovery Club teachers work Monday-Friday, 1:50-5:30pm. Teachers assist in daily program activities, including picking up from local schools, and supervising and assisting students during homework time, free time, and snack time. Love and respect for children, a positive, nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, cooperation, and problem-solving are a must. Please email Katrina Paxson for more information.
