Galactic Blast VBS 2010 LogoVacation Bible School

  • Join us for a fun week of games, crafts, Bible stories and more as we focus on praising the God of the universe through our theme, "Galactic Blast, a Cosmic Adventure Praising God"
  • June 14-17
  • Morning session:  8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. (for children entering four-year-old preschool through 4th grade)
  • Evening session:  5:30-8:15 p.m.  (option available for children entering 2nd-4th grades only)  

Summer Enrichment

  • Join us for this week of fun and meaningful crafts, games, art, reading, outdoor and creative play time as we focus on understanding the stories in the Bible  (similar to VBS but designed for a preschool classroom setting)
  • The weeks of June 21, June 28 and July 12 (Monday through Thursday) from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
  • For children entering 3-year-old preschool through 1st grade
  • Cost: $45 per week per child and a one-time registration/supply fee of $15 per family

S.M.I.L.E. (Summer Missions Involves Loving Everyone)

  • Summer is a great time to introduce children to missions!  Kids meet at the church for a morning of local mission projects to show our community how much they care.
  • June 1, June 22, July 20 and July 27 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
  • For children entering 1st-6th grades
  • To register for S.M.I.L.E., please call the church office at 826-8800.

Acolyte Training

  • Acolytes help in our worship services through lighting the candles, assisting the ministers with baptism and communion and other special needs. 
  • June 21-24 from 2-5:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary

J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) day camp

  • Older kids will enjoy an extra dose of high energy fun during their week at J.A.M. Camp! This year's theme “Praise Party!” focuses on how we can serve God with our head, hands, heart, feet and soul. Get ready for some fun activities such as the Game Show where we'll learn Bible stories in an entertaining game show format and field trips to fun places around town.
  • June 28-July 2 from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
  • Cost: $50
  • For children entering 2nd-4th grades
